August 13, 2019 – From once being a place that collects trash contributing to the pollution of the environment, the old dump site in Bayaan is set to become an eco park in the futute thanks to the efforts of the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Dolores headed by Hon. Earl Turqueza accompanied by the LGU Dolores Family headed by Mayor Conde Turqueza and Vice Mayor Eduardo Balmaceda.
A tree planting activity was conducted at the old dump site to officially begin the celebration of International Youth Day and Linggo ng Kabataan. After the dump site, the group headed to the Pacac River Banks and continued with their tree planting activity to help prevent soil erosion and to clean the waters as well.
