Dolores Kids had a taste of Urban Halloween this year. Trick or Treating is a customary practice on Halloween in Many Countries.Children in costumes travel from house to house in order to ask for treats such as candy (or, in some cultures, money).

This year, Ms. Jennifer Seares, the first lady of Dolores and the Local Government Unit decided to bring the Trick or Treating to the children of the 15 Barangays of Dolores. After converting one of the municipal pick up trucks into a Halloween float and loading it with goodies, employees of the local government set out on a road trip around Dolores. The crew had to deal with the sun’s heat (for most of the trip), bumpy roads, low hanging branches and electricity cables but they were rewarded with the smiles and excitement of the children (and everyone with them) waiting to see the LGU Family, dressed in Halloween Costumes, throwing up dozens and dozens of snack treats in the air for everyone to catch and devour.
