This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard. 

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. Dolores

Dolores is a 5th Class Municipality lying in the central western part of the Province of Abra. The primary source of income is agriculture. The latest projected population as of 2019 is 12,055.

The town has received numerous recognitions being awarded with the Seal of Good Local Governance for 4 straight years since 2015. Furthermore, the municipality is Top 5 Nationwide in terms of Excellence in Public Service based on the Anti Red Tape Act Report Card 2017 of the Civil Service Commission.
