Learning never stops for farmers of Dolores even during this time of pandemic. Using their trusty radios, they are equipped with the latest knowledge and effective techniques on smart rice agriculture by listening twice a week, every Tuesdays and Wednesdays, to a lecture on the local radio station DZPA.
This “School on the Air” is a program by the Department of Agriculture in collaboration with the Municipal Agricultural Office of the Local Government Unit. 146 Dolorenian Farmers are currently enrolled to the program which will run until September this year.
