The University of Northern Philippines Extension Services, the Jaime Ongpin Foundation, the Regional Mobile Force Battalion and the Dolores Municipal Police together with the Rural Health Unit and Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office successfully conducted their Medical Mission, Livelihood Training, and Children Empowerment cum Gift Giving activity last April 27, 2018 at Barangay Isit, Dolores Abra.

Men, women, and children with ailments from Isit and Cardona were provided with free medicines. On the sidelines, the UNP Extension Services trained some residents on soap making and food processing. Meanwhile, the Jaime Ongpin Foundation and the RMFB gathered the children at the nearby daycare center for some storytelling and discussions on anti bullying. The children also received free gifts and hygiene kits.
